Epicnology Systems provides AI workflow automation, CRM integration, and operational systems consulting. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between Epicnology Systems and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Epicnology Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom systems and workflows built for clients under a service agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to necessary systems and credentials, and prompt feedback during project engagements. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epicnology Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
